We’ve all run into people that think they know exactly what they need and how it should be done, they just want you to do the work. Therefore, it should be really cheap, they think. You know that it’s a lot more complicated than they know and it’s going to require a lot more work, all based on your experience completing similar projects. I ran into this today and thought it would be fun to explain this analogy in a way that might be useful for you when you run into this situation in the future.
